Primitive reflex inhibition exercises for infants
This package contains eleven videos featuring exercises for 2–4-year-old children, or for those who are unable to perform sensorimotor inhibition exercises on their own. The exercises featured in the recordings require the participation of a parent or other adult.
You can find more information about the relationship between primitive reflexes and sensorimotor development in my book "Rewiring the Brain: The Stephens-Sarlós Program", available now on Amazon.
Exercise packages to inhibit primitive reflexes and help manage conditions commonly caused by primitive reflexes can be browsed through my website: https://en.drsarlos.com/videos
You carry out these exercises at your own risk. Always consult your child’s doctor if the child has any condition that may conflict with the performance of the exercises (including but not limited to stroke, cancer, epilepsy, shunt, and orthopedic disorders).
